The Real Thing?
In the 1990s, a large drug company was able to synthetically culture an almost-perfect match for real growth hormone. It was only one protein chain short of being an exact duplicate. Now, there are several more versions of synthetic GH, all of which are controlled substances. Growth Hormone Releaser

A secretagogue is a substance that triggers the release of a hormone. “Secretagogue” is a synonym for “releaser.” Its base word is “secrete.”
Some of the more familiar secretagogues are certain amino acids and combinations of amino acids. Arginine, ornithine, glysine, and lysine are the most potent amino acids used as GH releasers. When you see the term “6x” or “12x” on a homeopathic formula package, that’s how many times multiplied by ten that the formula has been diluted. Too big of numbers for me.
