Monthly Diet for Hi-Protein, Lo Carb.

C - carb, P - protein, F - fat
NOTE: All Protein Drinks include 2 scoops of MGF-2.

4 day cycle

  1. Moderate carb intake 1.5 grams per lb. of bodyweight
    Moderate protein intake, 1 gram per lb. of bodyweight
    Low fat intake, 1/4 gram for each lb. of bodyweight
  2. Low carb. Intake .5 grams per lb. of bodyweight
    High protein intake 1.5 grams per lb. of bodyweight
    Low fat intake, 1/4 grams per lb. of bodyweight
  3. Same as Day 2 on all carbs, proteins and fats
  4. High carb intake 2 grams per lbs of bodyweight
    Moderate protein intake 1 gram per lb. of bodyweight
    Low fat intake 1/4 gram per lb. of bodyweight

Also in the daily regimen you need at least 10-12 glasses of 16 oz. water to help with the losing fat and absorption of protein.
